Let's take a moment to go back in time to 2015 and the original release of Erasure's 'Always (The Very Best of Erasure)' compilation which came out as a limited-edition 3-CD hardback book edition and digital release alongside a standard 1-CD edition but which didn't come out in a vinyl edition, until now... it is with great pleasure that I can announce that on August 18th BMG will be releasing an updated 2023 version of 'Always (The Very Best of Erasure)' in a double heavyweight black-vinyl edition featuring 20 tracks from across Erasure's career.
Erasure - Always: The Very Best Of Erasure (2023 Vinyl Edition) - (2LP Vinyl Album)
Originally released on CD to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Erasure, 'Always - The Very Best Of Erasure' is available on vinyl for the very first time.
Presented as a double heavyweight black vinyl package, this version includes their biggest singles including 'A Little Respect', 'Oh L'Amour' and 'Sometimes' as well as two tracks released since the original 'Always – The Very Best Of Erasure', 'Love You To The Sky' and 'Hey Now (Think I Got a Feeling)'.
This is also the first Vinyl 'Best Of' compilation since the 1992 UK No 1 album 'Pop! - The First 20 Hits' and brings the collection right up to date.
As an additional bonus, all pre-orders for the 2023 Vinyl Edition will be entered into a prize draw to win one of three Test Pressings. Note that a purchase is not necessary, you can enter the prize draw by entering your details here.
"Erasure - Always: The Very Best Of Erasure (2023 Vinyl Edition)" is out Friday 18th August 2023 on BMG / Mute Records and available for pre-order now.
NB: All products ordered with a pre-order will be dispatched together close to the latest pre-order release date. If you want earlier dispatched for another product then please place separate order(s).
