Andy Bell says of 27000, "Apart from being very close to my heart, it is also of historical importance, and significance from a worldwide human rights perspective." It's A Sin's Nathaniel Hall, himself diagnosed at only 16, brings a unique perspective on the HIV narrative in 2021.
