We did something similar on the World be Gone tour back in 2018 because know the pressures of buying merchandise on the night of the show: sometimes it's too busy to see stuff properly; maybe you don't want to be carrying all your items around with you on the night; or there's no time to think about what you want properly; and soemtimes the size or colour you want might have run out. Those situations can all make a concert stressful, and we don't want that for you, so if you recognise yourself in any of those scenarios then click and collect might be just the thing for you...
Basically the click and collect service allows you to browse the merchandise items we'll be carrying on the tour online in advance, which means you can place an order allowing us to have your items picked out, packed up and waiting for you at the show. The service worked brilliantly last time, plus it meant that we were able to guarantee that we'd your items in the exact sizes and colours that you need, keeping everything nice and stress free!
This year we have made the click and collect offering even better by adding not only some Erasure Information Service merchandise items that are exclusively available to click and collect customers only and won't be available on the general merchandise stands at the forthcoming shows. And if that's not enough we have also added a postal option which means that we can ship your order to you. So, if you're not able to see the tour, or if you don't want to carry your items around with you on the night, then we will pack everything up for you and post your order out to you (although this option isn't available for the click and collect exclusive editions which have to be collected at the show).
I can't pretend it's all been plain sailing putting this merchandise range together, we have been hampered on all sides by the perfect storm of covid, brexit and ongoing issues with supply chains. That particular three-headed monster may still impact on our ability to offer all the merchandise items, in all sizes and variations, at all of the upcoming shows, so if there's something you particularly like the look of then I would recommend you consider ordering it via click and collect to be sure of getting hold of it.
