Well Tower Of Love (Stella Polaris Remix), judging by the snippet is just the soulless generic mix that I feared this project would be. Will give it a listen on streaming service before throwing money at this project. Bring on the EP and Vince's new take on the album.

I really wish one of the formats was mixed, like disc 2 of Hits! or Madonna's Confessions album. Now we're just stuck owning the same product on multiple formats.

I think with regard to Hits! The Megamarkymix. That was when EMI finally amalgamated Mute Records - not Mute Artists, take note - and they needed a way for us to get "yet another compliation". So I think as someone who came to it after it was issued and looking back. Hits! The DVD was the main pull for the fans, but they needed a better way to entice us for the audio portion of the release. So with the brilliant Mark "Markymix" Towns at the helm for Disc Two to raid the archive of remixes and provide a "live DJ set" (as is the term these days) there was a pull for the fans.

These days with Mute Artists (V&A's current label since the whole EMI implosion debacle - details of which you can read up elsewhere) and the thing with music trends being there "has" to be multiple formats. What we need to do as a music buying public is stick to CDs only and the labels won't be trying to push the formats on us.
