The Electrozombies “Erasure - Love To Cover You”

[moxxey]

Any idea of the length of delay for streaming services or is it just a case of keep searching daily?

I've been listening on Apple Music? I'd say it's 'ok'. A couple of really decent tracks, refreshing alternative versions. A couple of good versions and the rest are a little 'meh' for me.

I have to give it a "meh" overall too, unfortunately. Shelter's cover is good (of course) and I really like the covers of Hallowed Ground and No Doubt. It's a little frustrating that every cover is a single, except HG and ND. It's not the end of the world, but it would be nice to see covers of tracks that we don't usually get covers of.

The best part about this project is now I know about the Electrozombies website! Lots of great stuff there, along with links to another great site, The Periodic Table of Synthpop! There are some great (free!) downloadable collections of all the great synthpop artists we like. Very happy to have found it
