Synopsis
J.D. becomes jealous when Turk abandons him to hang out with his new girlfriend; Elliot steps up her flirtations.

Elliot takes issue with the terms of endearment Dr. Kelso uses for her, but naïvely follows Dr. Cox's advice and confronts Kelso about it. J.D. misses Turk's company because they are both too busy to hang out, and he worries that a patient's post-op reaction is Turk's fault. Elliot and J.D. are getting close, but an interrupted kiss might make the difference between being friends and something more.

Scrubs is a fantastic show, one if my all time favourites, when I first caught this episode on E4 I may have watched it 4 times that day using a combination of the afternoon repeat and E4+1.

The initial joke setup is so well done as well, making you initially believe it's a high stakes argument over a surgical decision..... Nurse Erasure! I never expect them to have it as a running theme throughout the episode, top tier telly.
