I only listened to Tripping once, and that was just on my phone speaker. Not as good, in my opinion, as the other songs we heard so far. It sounded a bit home made to me. That was not on any good equipment though.

A fun first listen! Fallen Angel and No Point in Tripping sound so much better than the first listens from the BBC. The second half isn’t as strong but Careful What I Try To Do is another standout.

The album exceeded my expectations. To be fair, I thought Hey Now sounded like a b-side. Careful What I Try to Do and Kid You're Not Alone are my favorite tracks after my first few listens of the album.

I'd almost mirror those exact feelings! I skipped Tower of Love which didn't go anywhere for me, Diamond Lies isn't half as good as I was hoping, but Careful What I Try to Do is a second half standout.

However, the first half is hugely strong. Singles aside, love No Point in Tripping now I've heard it on the album!

Mute definitely picked the right tracks to promote.

The album is at the moment number 2 in the iTunes Store Top albums, unfortunately only at 89 on Apple Music. I really hope they get a good chart position with this great album.

Diamond Lies should be the 3rd single. The chorus is amazing!!!

Weird thing, I totally disagree! It's not the weakest track, but for me it's in the bottom half (in track ratings). I'd go for Fallen Angel as I think is the plan anyhow!
