I don’t know if they’ll dip into Memento Mori, as the Mode box came out prior to its release and these sets have mirrored that collection. I would actually hope not as Memento Mori is completely without any Mute branding.

I would suspect that next up would be a couple of boxes of standalone singles, again mirroring the fact that Mode had corresponding discs of non-album material. They’ve still got to collect:

I wasn't being 100% serious, but, taking a page from the series, having a box for them would be fun. More in the EIS slipcase vein than a true 1:1 12" boxset entry, though.
