Richard EIS has just posted on Facebook:

"Apologies to anyone heading over to Lexer Music to pick up a copy of the RSD Blue Savannah EP this evening, there’s been a delay with getting everything in place to go on sale but I will update you as soon I can... x"

From that it sounds to me like it's just a delay and Lexer may have it in stock at a later date.

With things like this though, while ever you have the opportunity to get it, I'd say it's best to take it and grab it while you can rather than wait for another chance later!
