Well we've never seen Vince go balls-to-the-wall sci-fi. I mean, you have the random track here and there, and side projects like Clarke & Ware stuff and Reed & Caroline stuff that's very science-y. (I wonder if Reed is involved with this??) But never a full concept album that aims for a sci-fi vibe. Of course, since details are sketchy we'll have to be patient. It could be that it will be another side project that the few of us who follow Very Records will know about. I hope that's not the case and it gets some major promotion! I'm not the world's biggest sci-fi (books, tv, movies) guy, but I LOVE the music when sci-fi and early synths overlap!

I live in Brooklyn... not very far from Vince... maybe I should start snooping around!

As someone who has been caught, tagged, and released back into society after doing that, I recommend bringing important medication as well as money to bribe fellow inmates not to beat you up.
