Have to say I'm disappointed with this release, I wasn't expected anything from the Cowboy concerts but no Tiny Tour DVD?
And what is going on with that shirt? So much you could do with a cowboy theme and they give us something that looks like the inside of a CD slip case?
This is not a slight on the Band nor Richard but we really do get staved as fans sometimes.

They should have gone with what Singapore did with the cowhair again. The therapeutic petting effect would be enhanced by being a two disc set.

Ah well. I doubt there's much hope of ever seeing the Tiny Tour on DVD now.
I wonder if this is the last of the digitally remastered/deluxe editions now. There can't be a great deal they can include for Loveboat.
Anyway, I'm looking forwarded to hearing the new mixes, although I would have liked to have seen an album track or two get the remix treatment rather than just the singles. I'm intrigued to hear the unreleased alternative mix of 'Magic Moments' - I wonder how noticeably different it is to the version we know. I figure the extended mix of 'Rapture' is just the same version from the US edition of the album.
I know it was done to tie-in with Union Street, but there was one or two US promo only remixes of 'Boy' that could have been included. I mean, I doubt there's going to be a Union Street Deluxe!

Agreed, if they have it - give it! Time is short...Cowboy 2040 can wait...

I was going to say perhaps they don't have permission (for the Tiny Tour content), but it was a Mute Films project!

Oh yeah I know about that. I even commented in that thread! Question is where is that CD from? Just because somebody has a copy in their possession it doesn't mean Mute have it in their archives.
That aside, if they have it then I would certainly love to see it happen, but given everything that's ever happened so far do we think it's a realistic expectation? If they were going to do Loveboat I can't think what else they could do, and we can hope of course, but I think it's unlikely.
Also I think a full demo version of an album would be inconsistent with the ones that have gone before (not that they have exactly been all that consistent anyway!). Of course at some point, if they are going to keep on doing them, they will have to change what they do. Otherwise it's probably just going to be the original album packaged with the Moon & The Sky single! (and if whatever they do DOESN'T include the full length Motiv 8 mix of Freedom...)
Anyway, I won't mind being wrong!

Nice to see the VCFP doing what it does best again.
